Commercial framework governing export quotations, contracts, and shipping terms.
All quotations provided via website inquiries, email, or WhatsApp are indicative until finalized in an official Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by authorized representatives of Maruti International. Quotations are subject to freight rate fluctuations and raw material market conditions.
Export contracts are negotiated under standard Incoterms (ICC rules), including FOB (Free on Board from Indian Gateway Ports), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight to Destination Port), and CFR (Cost & Freight). Risk and title transfer are governed by the specific Incoterm agreed in the contract.
Products are manufactured and dispatched strictly in accordance with approved contract specifications. Buyers may appoint recognized third-party inspection agencies (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) at Indian loading ports prior to sealing containers.
Maruti International respects buyer proprietary trademarks. For OEM / private label production, buyers warrant that they hold legitimate rights to use the trademarks, brand names, and artwork provided for packaging production.
Commercial contracts entered into with Maruti International shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
